A non-refundable damage waiver of £20 can be added to your hire for your peace of mind, this will cover for any accidental damage which is sustained by you or any third party claims, or to your boat during your hire (this also includes propeller insurance) please enquire for further information.
The security deposit is forfeited if craft or equipment is damaged or lost or there is a third party claim – unless you have taken out the damage waiver option.

Normal operating times: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, each day – Easter Weekend to October.
If, for any reason you have to cancel, an administration fee of £30 will be deducted from any refund due. However if notice is less than 48 hours, no refund will be issued unless the boat is re-let when only the administration charge will be retained.
Whilst we endeaver to provide all the services advertised, we cannot be held liable for disruptions or cancellations due to inclement weather, closure or stoppages of the navigation. We reserve the right to alter or cancel cruises if the safety of the vessel or any of its passengers / crew is in doubt. We reserve the right to refuse hire to any person without giving any reason. Passenger numbers limited by law. Please avoid embarrassment by not asking to carry more than the legally permitted number.
